About Us, GTCM
Our History
Grace Transformation Connections Ministries (GTCM) is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization founded through the God-given vision of Pastor Adell M. Walker, together with her husband and co-founder, Arkie Walker. Their shared mission is to build a ministry that reflects the transforming power of God’s grace and equips people to live out their faith with boldness and purpose.
From its beginning, GTCM has carried a clear calling: to reach souls, disciple believers, and empower the next generation. What started as a vision from God is now becoming reality through Bible colleges, youth programs, outreach initiatives, and plans for health care services in both Liberia and the United States.
Our Global Vision in Action
- Bible Colleges in Liberia & the United States
We are committed to raising Bible colleges on both continents—centers of excellence where young men and women will be trained in God’s Word, equipped for ministry, and released as leaders who transform their communities for Christ. The first of these colleges is already being developed in Liberia, West Africa, and plans are underway for a sister college in the United States.
- Youth Empowerment
Our heart beats for the next generation. In both Liberia and the United States, GTCM is creating programs that provide spiritual guidance, mentorship, and practical life skills, so young people can rise as world changers and ambassadors for Christ.
- Hospitals in Liberia & the United States
In line with Christ’s example of compassion, GTCM has a vision to establish hospitals in Liberia and the United States. These facilities will not only provide quality medical care but also serve as places of hope and healing, where lives are touched physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

WHO WE ARE
OUR FAITH: We believe in the finished work of Jesus Christ as a not-for-profit organization, His Death, Burial, and Resurrection, and know that we are no ordinary people, as our sins have been forgiven by believing in our hearts that God raised Jesus from the dead and confessing with our mouths that Jesus Christ is Lord. Through this belief, we have received a new life (2 Corinthians 5:17, 1 Corinthians 15:1-4, Romans 10:9-10). We believe that Jesus is God, who, through incarnation, became man to reconcile us back to Himself through the cross (Isaiah 9:6-7).
VISION STATEMENT: "To fulfill the Great Commission by transforming lives through the power of Jesus Christ, fostering a world where believers live in truth, purpose, and unity. We envision communities empowered by faith, walking in the fullness of their calling, and spreading God’s love, hope, and transformative grace to all nations.
MISSION STATEMENT: "Grace Transformation Connection Ministries is dedicated to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ through intentional evangelism and discipleship. We guide individuals to understand their identity and inheritance in Christ, equipping them to lead godly, purpose-filled lives. Through our commitment to spiritual growth, we support believers in cultivating their gifts, talents, and relationships, fostering a global movement of faith that radiates God’s love and grace to every corner of the earth."
GOAL: "To establish a spiritually empowered community of believers who actively participate in fulfilling the Great Commission, living out their purpose in Christ, and advancing God’s kingdom through faith-based service, evangelism, and discipleship."
OBJECTIVES:
1. Evangelism and Outreach: Reach individuals with the message of salvation, aiming to introduce at least 1,000 new believers to the faith annually through evangelistic events, outreach programs, and partnerships.
2. Discipleship and Spiritual Growth: Develop a structured discipleship program that nurtures new believers, guiding them through foundational biblical teachings and practices to deepen their relationship with Christ.
3. Empowerment and Training: Equip believers with the knowledge, skills, and spiritual tools to fulfill their unique calling, offering regular workshops, Bible studies, Bible College, high school to university, and mentorship opportunities.
4. Global Impact: We collaborate with local and international churches and organizations to extend our reach. We aim to reach diverse communities worldwide with the Gospel message and support local ministries in evangelistic and social missions.
